This retreat has been created for women who have participated in a Seasonal Cleanse or group or individual Weight loss program with me.

2 nights accommodations, all activities, two breakfasts and two dinners. Not included are transportation to Woods Hole, tax & tip for Friday night prix fixe meal, alcohol and Saturday lunch (on your own – explore your choice of local cafes or eat right at the Inn).

Since we’ll be in Woods Hole in the off-season, you get to enjoy luxury rooms at incredible prices! Beautiful contemporary bed and breakfast rooms, all with private baths, have touches of Cape Cod nostalgia while offering the finest amenities. Choose between a Queen, King or Deluxe King room.
If you’re on a budget, consider sharing a room with a King sized bed with a friend (I’d suggest the Deluxe King – see Double Occupancy rates).

About Liz Vequist:
Liz is the Founder of Liz Vequist at O2 Yoga in Cambridge, where she is a Shiatsu practitioner, Yoga teacher and Nutrition Coach.
Liz has worked her wellness magic with over 1000 clients over the last 13 years and led 23 Seasonal Cleanses over the last seven years. Liz loves helping both women and men lose weight and feel great through Seasonal Cleanses and her Slim, Fit & Sexy weight loss system.
In her spare time Liz hoops, cycles, swims and is a foodie – both in and out of her own kitchen.

*Please Note: Half of the Weekend Package rate will be charged upon Reservation. Balance due upon check-in. Reservations canceled 14 days or more in advance of arrival date will be refunded in full with a $100 per guest fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged in full and only refunded based on the ability to rent the canceled room(s) and a $100 processing fee per guest. Cancellations FOR ANY REASON made less than 48 hours prior to check in will be charged in full. Early departures will not be refunded. We do recommend trip insurance. Please note all refunds, if there are any, are issued by check.
