Spring is arriving next week (supposably!) and frankly I’m not feeling it yet. But I want to… feel lighter, healthier and more energized. I know what to do… but it’ll be more fun to do it with *you*. Won’t you join me for?
Spring into Motion is a Free 10 Day Movement Challenge – it starts on March 21 (just in time for the next snow storm!). Here’s the deal – whether it’s snowing or not – we’ll do something (anything!) to move our bodies every day for 10 days. Can be 1 minute, 10 minutes or 30 minutes. Doesn’t matter, just a post a pic.
