Seasonal cleanses help you detox, reset your diet, welcome new food choices, drop a few pounds and leave you feeling really good :). My seasonal cleanses are virtual so you can participate from anywhere in the world.
How does it work? Each cleanse program includes two conference calls (live or listen to the replay later), a workbook with instructions, menu, recipes and lots of powerful self-care tips, plus a private Facebook group w/oodles of support. Did I mention these are group cleanses? That’s what makes them fun! You’ll not only have my expert guidance, the whole group will be there to support and encourage you to success.
