This is a Gentle Winter Cleanse with recipes appropriate for winter. It will be nourishing, immune-boosting and of course fat-blasting. You’ll spend 5 days simplifying your diet and eating warming foods like soups, baked and roasted vegetables and whole grains.
There’ll even be a bone broth option. Yes indeed, that’s my very own bone broth in the picture (doctored up with brown rice, miso paste, shiitake mushroom and seaweed). Bone broth has been my Magic Bullet for staying warm and healthy this winter. Plus it tastes delicious!
