Weekly Public Yoga Class

Mondays at 7:15pm – Gallery 263 in Cambridgeport. This is a slower flow class with lots of attention to form and alignment. Featuring challenging sequences that will stretch and strengthen you. 263 Pearl Street (corner of Putnam). Art + yoga is a great combination. All-levels, drop-ins welcome. Only $10!

Private Yoga Instruction

Private Yoga Instruction is a great way to gain strength and flexibility as well as learn proper alignment and form. Private Yoga is especially helpful for beginners and those with injuries who want to learn how to practice yoga safely.

Private yoga instruction is individually tailored to your unique needs. One-on-one sessions are an excellent way for beginners to safely learn the fundamentals, for advanced students to deepen their yoga practice and yoga students at any level who would like to create a home practice.

Beginners

For students who are new to yoga, private instruction is a great way to set a solid foundation for your practice of yoga. Develop your confidence by safely learning the fundamentals of yoga at your own pace. Learn how to practice the poses properly as you receive one-on-one instruction on alignment and individual adjustments. This will allow you to enjoy the benefits of yoga for years to come.

Intermediate/Advanced

For experienced yoga students, private instruction is a highly effective way to deepen your practice and take it to the next level. Through private instruction you can quickly progress in your yoga practice, refine alignment and work on poses that you find challenging.

Home Practice

Developing a home yoga practice is a powerful way to realize the benefits of yoga. Together we can create a home practice that works for you and is based on your individual needs and lifestyle.
