Saturday night – Join Me for a Community healthy meal potluck-style at the Inn – bring a dish for 3-4 appetizer/soup/salad/vegetarian or meat dish/dessert (fridge and kitchen onsite for storage/prep) OR go out to dinner on your own instead (your choice!).
Create your own Vision Board w/Liz Saturday after dinner.
Last Wellness Workshop will end at 1pm on Sunday – plenty of time to take a trip on the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard or get home w/time to prep for the week ahead (your choice!).
Private Facebook group for before and after the Retreat. Get organized before the retreat – questions answered plus Saturday family dinner planning. Keep in touch with new friends after the retreat.
Space with nothing to do – Nap, take a Walk, Shop, Read a Book or Chat w/friends. This is your weekend to do as you’d like!

I enjoyed my time in Woods Hole so much. It was wonderful to connect with old friends and make new ones, especially those who I had known virtually through the cleanses! This retreat has been specially designed for women who have participated in a Seasonal Cleanse or Nutrition & Weight loss program with Liz (either group or 1:1). If you (or a friend!) haven’t worked w/Liz in one of these programs, please email or call Liz to make sure this retreat is a good fit for you.
Weekend Package Includes:
2 nights accommodations, all activities, two breakfasts and Friday night dinner.
Not included: transportation to Woods Hole, tax & tip for Friday night prix fixe meal, alcohol, Saturday lunch (on your own – explore your choice of local cafes or eat right at the Inn) and Saturday dinner (bring a dish for family-style potluck meal or eat out on your own).

Since we’ll be in Woods Hole in the off-season, you get to enjoy luxury rooms at incredible prices! Beautiful contemporary rooms, all with private baths, with touches of Cape Cod nostalgia while offering the finest amenities. Choose between a Queen, King or Deluxe King room.
If you’re on a budget, consider sharing a room with a King sized bed with a friend (I’d suggest the Deluxe King – see Double Occupancy rates). If you would like to share, but don’t have someone in mind let Liz know – I’ll try to pair you up!

The Woods Hole wellness and yoga retreat was restorative, restful, and yet energizing. I came away from the weekend feeling more centered, and with new ideas about how to manage my busy life. The inn was beautiful, food excellent, and company fabulous!

About Liz Vequist:
Liz is the Founder of Liz Vequist at O2 Yoga in Cambridge, where she is a Shiatsu practitioner, Yoga teacher and Nutrition Coach.
Liz has worked her wellness magic with over 1000 clients over the last 13 years and led 26 Seasonal Cleanses over the last seven years. Liz loves helping both women and men lose weight and feel great through Seasonal Cleanses and her Slim, Fit & Sexy weight loss system.
In her spare time Liz cycles, dances, swims and is a foodie – both in and out of her own kitchen.
