Seasonal cleanses help you detox, reset your diet, welcome new food choices, drop a few pounds and leave you feeling really good :). How does it work? Each cleanse program includes two conference calls (live or listen to the replay later), a workbook with instructions, menu, recipes and lots of powerful self-care tips, plus a private Facebook group w/oodles of support. I work 1-on-1 with select clients who are committed to losing weight and/or changing their diet and lifestyle. One size does not fit all and one weight loss program or diet does not fit all either. You will receive guidance and support that is individually tailored for your body and lifestyle. You will receive support and accountability throughout your program to keep you on track and meet your goals successfully. I can work with you in person at my office in Cambridge or Virtually from anywhere in the world.
