This program is exceptional! Truly! In all of my years of trying to lose weight this is the BEST.
I’d been trying to lose weight for about 8 years and this is my first real success in that time period – I lost 15 pounds! The weekly structure of focusing on different areas of eating was very helpful because it is the best way to develop ongoing habits.
I had not been cooking as much as I am now with this program, and I have renewed my love of preparing meals. I loved the weekly booklets with delicious healthy recipes and other motivational information. Additionally, I was able to stock my refrigerator with healthy food, so each day I could “mix and match”.
Now when friends come over, I can easily pull together a delicious and healthy lunch for us, as I will today for a friend.
The exercise record made me more accountable for my “goals” that I listed, so I did more exercise than usual. The FB sharing provided me with much inspiration, in seeing others’ meals, and also support and motivation.
Liz has designed a brilliant program in how it is organized! I would recommend this to anyone, who wants to make a commitment to transforming their habits into healthy eating, increasing exercise and shedding unwanted pounds!
